Dave Wisch is a Chevron Fellow working focusing on offshore infrastructure. He has BS and MS degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Mo-Rolla and post-graduate work at Tulane University. He has been involved with design, construction and project management for facilities in all worldwide offshore basins Mr. Wisch has also been involved in technology development as a member of over 30 Joint Industry Project steering committees. Having been active in both US and International Standards development for over 25 years, he has held leadership positions in both API and ISO offshore structures committees. Instrumental in post Hurricane Andrew activies, he has also been heavily involved in the industry's post Ivan/Katrina/Rita efforts in assessing impact and extending offshore standards.
