ConocoPhillips adds to executive management teams

HOUSTON – Phillips 66, the future independent downstream company, has appointed C.C. (Clayton) Reasor as VP of investor relations, strategy and corporate affairs.

Reasor has more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He is currently vice president of corporate and investor relations for ConocoPhillips.

The new ConocoPhillips, an independent, pure-play exploration and production company, has hired Ellen R. DeSanctis as VP of investor relations.

DeSanctis has more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry, including 15 years leading integrated corporate communication programs and investor relations. She most recently served as senior vice president of corporate communications for Petrohawk Energy.

The company’s strategic repositioning is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year.
