enXco signs maintenance agreement with TPW Petersburg Wind Farm


San Diego, February 2, 2012 — enXco Service Corp., an EDF Energies Nouvelles company has signed a long-term Operations and Maintenance Agreement with TPW Petersburg Wind, LLC for the 40.5 MW wind power project located in Boone County, Nebraska.

The TPW Petersburg Wind Farm, acquired by Gestamp Wind North America in December 2011, consists of 27 GE Wind 1.5 MW XLE - ESS turbines. Energy produced will be delivered to Omaha Public Power District.

Construction of the project commenced in summer 2011, with commercial operations beginning in November 2011. enXco Service Corp. will provide on-site O&M for the balance of plant during the wind turbine warranty period, and subsequently for the entire project. In addition to operation and maintenance services provided at the site, 24/7 remote monitoring of the wind turbines will be provided from enXco Service Corp's Operations Control Center.
