The EPA has made slight adjustments to the Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR). The changes were presented in the form of two different rules, the CSAPR Final Revisions Rule and the CSAPR Direct Final Rule.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is expected to grant a license to build two near reactors near Augusta, Georgia at the Southern Company's Alvin W. Vogtle plant.
