A Distribution Integrity Management Program system is currently being implemented in Chile. A serious commitment from both the Regulator and industry players is facilitating the development of a comprehensive management system, initially focused on Communications to educate the organization, then Quality Control related to the preparation & re-engineering of procedures and re-education of personnel to develop a new way of doing things. This new direction is focused on the third step of Process and Risk Management.
