German-Russian Forum nets integrated solar cell facility


The agreement encompasses the building of a fully integrated plant for the manufacture of 10,000 metric tons of polysilicon per year and its processing to solar wafers, solar cells and solar modules, with a total annual capacity of 1.2GWp.
