Reaction furnace mixing checkerwall system introduced

VectorWall mixing checkerwall system has been brought out to improve reaction furnace and boiler

tubesheets operations.
In refining, the new vector mixing system and technology are used inside sulphur recovery units. There it provides turbulence of gases to ensure combustion efficiency and better heat radiation protection for the waste heat boiler tubesheets.

Among important VectorWall benefits are improved mixing to improve combustion efficiency, increased reactant path length to improve destruction of unwanted compounds, better radiant heat protection to guard the tubesheet refractory from direct flame impingement and hot spots, plus increase in reaction furnace effective volume area via elimination of dead zones in applications that use multiple partial walls instead of checkerwalls.
