Lower pressure drop flow meters

Series 240 Max flow meters are progressive cavity designs. They accurately divide up a flow stream into

known size pieces with as low a pressure drop as possible in a passive, positive displacement device.
According to the manufacturer, parasitic pressure losses must be made up by the pumping system. This is an often unacknowledged cost in flow meter selection. When you sum these savings over its long lifetime, the meter pays for itself, they declare.
Pressure drop across the meter is also the primary source for internal blowby and meter accuracy. Series 240s remain linear at high flow rates and viscosities because they do not create high differential pressure at extreme conditions. Output linearity will be within 0.2% over the meter’s full 100:1 operating range. Full max meters data are yours free.
