TWMA acquires EES

ABERDEEN, UK -- Total Waste Management Alliance (TWMA) has acquired Engineering Environmental Services (EES).

As a result of the acquisition, all 20 EES staff will transfer to TWMA and Gavin Halkett, director of EES, will join the company as VP of global business and marketing.

TWMA handles and treats waste generated by drilling operations on and offshore and currently employs 300 people in Aberdeen and at key locations around the world.
