Stratic agrees to Sicily area exit

CALGARY, Alberta -- Stratic Energy has agreed conditionally to sell its G.R15.PU permit in the Sicily Channel offshore Italy to an unnamed Australian company.

The consideration amounts to $1 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments and approval by the relevant government authorities.

Recently, Stratic relinquished another permit in this area, and also sold its interests offshore Tunisia.
