Eccentric filter systems are announced as "a new solution to sand problems." The "eccentric-vein" designs feature special media which allow maximum downhole sand plus gas control. They provide outstanding sand filtration from 100-mesh and larger.

The systems work with rod, progressive cavity, and submersible pump wells. Attached to the pump or production string bottom -- gas and abrasives are kept away from valuable equipment in production.They come in stand-alone all-fiberglass and in steel outer case designs.
