Fleet management: TMW Systems has introduced a convenient, powerful mobile web interface that enables fleet professionals using the Innovative IES®, IES Access, and Access Plus TMS solutions to maintain and control a wide range of operational capabilities -- including accepting or rejecting EDI tenders -- through their Android or iOS mobile devices. The new interface, IES Mobile® Dispatch, was launched at this week’s PeopleNet® and TMW in.sight User Conference // Expo at Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.

Fleet managers and dispatch professionals can use the IES Mobile Dispatch app to review pending EDI tenders and key details such as customer, “load at,” consignee, and bill-to information, and accept or reject each load without the need to return to the office or log in to their TMS server.

IES Mobile Dispatch empowers users to search for and review available loads, matching them to trailers and drivers. After assigning resources, the user can dispatch the load using the same interface. Other key capabilities include entering mobile check calls for tractors and trailers; reviewing driver information, loads and stops; and advancing funds to a driver.

The solution also offers quick access to customer account information, including directions to business locations. Users can trace and track customer orders; review related details such as dispatches, stop offs and freight bills; and monitor a range of key performance indicators covering driver status, operating revenue and weekly billing.
