Mid-span stripper of 600V secondary cable

adjustable insulated end and mid-span stripper

Cromwell, Conn.—With the launch of the WS 71 and WS 72 adjustable insulated end and mid-span strippers from UtilityTool, Ripley is offering a new design for stripping of 600V secondary cable.

These two new tools are intended for cable ranges of 1/2 to 1.3 in (12.7 to 33 mm) OD (1/0 to 1000 MCM). The preset blade positions are designed for multiple mil insulation thicknesses and a quick release adjustment simplifies sizing on the cable. The bright yellow color aids in easy visibility and tool identification. The WS 71 and WS 72 are made of impact resistant, lightweight, non-conductive, polymer material.

The launch of these tools grows Ripley’s Utility Tool product offering, offering two new tools for the Utility Contractor.

Patent pending. Made in the U.S.A.
