Brooks Utility Products names new engineering director

Farmington Hills, Mich.—Erick Rudaitis has joined Brooks Utility Products as Director of Engineering where he will direct the company’s research and development efforts. With a background in all aspects of mechanical and electrical design, as well as experience with integrated circuitry and communications, Rudaitis will lead Brooks’ efforts to support existing products and the design of new smart grid products for future growth initiatives.

Previous positions have developed Rudaitis’ experience with both the management and development of engineering teams for multiple companies with diverse design requirements. He began his career with General Motors and has also held management positions with SMC Corp and Q Straint.
