KJ Energy, LLC today announced the acquisition of oil and gas producing assets in East Texas/North Louisiana. The transaction closed on February 29, 2016. 

The properties include 329 oil and gas wells and associated facilities located primarily in the Brachfield, S.E., Minden and Angie Fieldsin Rusk, Panola, Shelby, San Augustine and Nacogdoches counties, Texas; and Vernon, Ada and Bryceland, West Fields in Webster,Jackson and Bienville parishes, Louisiana.
