Energy news: Bodycote expands operations at north Houston facility

Bodycote, the world’s largest thermal processing services provider, reaffirms its commitment to better support the oil & gas, power generation and general industrial supply chains in the Houston, Texas marketplace by expanding service offerings and capacity at two of its locations.

Additional capabilities at Bodycote’s north Houston facility (5151 World Houston Parkway) provide customers with a wider selection of processes to extend the working life of components, in addition to the coating solutions it currently offers. In the third quarter, new offerings will include nitriding, vacuum heat treatment and vacuum brazing, which provide customers with comprehensive and efficient services from a single facility.

Furthermore, Bodycote is investing in more capacity at its second Houston location (1301 Hays Street). Together, these enhancements ensure that Bodycote’s customers experience better service, superior quality and faster turnaround time. The company continues to play a vital role in the area’s oil & gas, power generation and general industrial supply chains.
