Lubbers Resources expanding European footprint

Lubbers Resources expanding European footprint Recruitment specialists for the oil and gas industry, Lubbers Resources, is expanding its European footprint in response to growing demand for its services in 2014.

Lubbers Resources, a subsidiary of Lubbers Transport Group, will expand into West Netherlands as part of a strategic growth plan to deliver its services in the fast growing eastern European energy markets.

The company currently operates out of its main base in Schoonebeek, Netherlands where it services the North Sea offshore industry as well as the Norwegian and German markets filling vacancies ranging from drillers and mechanics to project managers.

Specialising in supplying trained professionals for the oil and gas industry, Lubbers Resources offers recruitment, temporary staffing and payroll services to many of the industry’s biggest operators and service companies.

Account manager for Lubbers Resources, Jeroen Potters said: “Lubbers Resources is performing extremely well at present with strong growth in our key markets. Expanding into West Netherlands places us in a strong position to service the emerging European energy markets allowing us to supply qualified personnel to some of the region’s biggest organisations.”

Lubbers Resources has undergone a strong period of growth since it was launched in 2009 and the company can now draw upon a strong database of experienced oil and gas professionals in both technical and support roles, with the company expecting its new location to grow significantly.

Mr Potters added: “Lubbers Resources strength is its commitment to ensuring that our clients are supplied with the correct person for the position at the right time. This approach also ensures the best for the client and also the applicant involved.”

Lubbers Transport Group’s core business is in the delivery of transport and logistics for the upstream oil and gas industry, operating a pan-European network of routes from the UK to the Middle East.

In recent times LTG has further expanded its offering to include warehousing, rig moves, container rental and storage. In January the company received a £30million pound investment from AAC capital enabling Lubbers Transport Group to accelerate its growth plans and international offering.

The company employs nearly 300 people throughout Europe and serves a broad portfolio of clients including operators, service companies, global forwarders and regional service providers.

LTG has consolidated its position as a specialist in road transportation. The company has also expanded into value–added services, including rig move activities, specialised forwarding, staffing services, warehouse and container rental.
