Foster Wheeler signs natural gas processing and transportation agreement with Enterprise

Foster Wheeler (Nasdaq: FWLT) announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed a Master Service Agreement to support the North American capital project program of Enterprise Products Operating LLC (“Enterprise”), a subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. Under this evergreen agreement, Foster Wheeler will provide services for multiple projects that will be awarded in a “release” arrangement.

Enterprise is a leading U.S. midstream company that processes, transports and/or fractionates natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil and refined products.

Foster Wheeler will record bookings as work order releases are received from Enterprise.

“This is another success toward our strategic objective to develop and extend long-term relationships with our clients to leverage our technical expertise, project delivery and network of operations to support their investment plans,” said Umberto della Sala, President and Chief Operating Officer of Foster Wheeler AG. “We believe that this award is a very good foundation upon which to significantly develop our relationship with Enterprise across its entire business portfolio, and across a wide range of services.”
