ABB releases Protective Relay School webinar series 2013 calendar

(NYSE: ABB), the leading power and automation technology group, has released the schedule for the 2013 Protective Relay School webinar series. Now in its third season, this webinar series has become a trusted instructional resource for literally thousands of industry practitioners.

These educational 90 minute sessions are presented live by subject matter experts and encourage interaction between the instructor and participants. They are an efficient overview of fundamental protection and control principles, as well as important aspects of the digital substation.

In addition to protection and control fundamentals for line distance and differential, generator, transformer, busbar, feeder, motor and IEC 61850, several new webinars have been added to this year’s schedule. New to the 2013 calendar are topics such as:
