Merichem Company announced that the THIOLEX™ module built for a U.S. based customer for installation in a midstream application successfully shipped 4 weeks sooner than the contract requirement of 20 weeks. “This is a new record for our shop” said Ronnie Buras, VP and GM of Merichem’s Process Technologies business unit. “Given the level of efficiency improvements our shop has developed over the past 3 years, it is not surprising that Merichem achieved this new milestone. We are also proud that our shop continues its successful safety record of over 6 years without a recordable incident.” Improved work processes, a team safety culture, and close interface with Merichem’s customer stakeholders all contributed to this successful “Fast Track” project.
