CB&I awarded $45MM oil sands project in Canada

CB&I (NYSE:CBI) has been awarded a project, valued in excess of US$45 million, for storage tanks at an oil sands project near Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. This was a first quarter award. 

CB&I's scope of work includes the engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction of 12 cone roof tanks at the oil sands project. CB&I's contract is scheduled for completion in 2013.
