Here Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HRTE.pk), a growing developer of clean energy, is planning to develop a solar power installation on its Cycle Ranch property in Floresville, Texas. Here Enterprises has erected wind turbines at Cycle Ranch and plans to add solar arrays to maximize clean energy generation. As announced earlier this week, the Company has also entered into talks to acquire a solar development firm.
Here Enterprises is engaged in planning, developing, acquiring and operating alternative energy projects in the United States. The Company focuses on maximizing the value of each project by operating a commercial business on the land. On September 9, 2010, Here Enterprises acquired Cycle Ranch, Inc. Cycle Ranch operates a motocross race track located thirty minutes south of San Antonio. The property features sun-rich red dirt, oak trees and a growing, revenue-generating motocross speedway business. On the heels of completing the first phase of wind turbine construction at Cycle Ranch, Here Enterprises has identified an opportunity to add solar arrays to increase the value and productivity of the project.
Mark Ryun, CEO of Here Enterprises, commented: "The state of Texas ranks first in the nation in solar resource potential, yet solar comprises only a small fraction of the energy used. Here Enterprises intends to take full advantage of the ample acreage and exposure of our Cycle Ranch property to produce solar as well as wind power. We are making strides to maximize both clean energy generation and revenue, and adding solar makes perfect sense."
Here Enterprises is executing a comprehensive alternative energy strategy. The Company recently completed first phase installation of wind turbines on its Cycle Ranch property, is pursuing sales of commercial, industrial and residential wind turbine systems, and is negotiating for the acquisition of a solar power equipment and project development business.
