Willbros wins EPC contract for Oxy pipeline in California

Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that its Upstream Oil & Gas segment has been selected by CB&I (NYSE:CBI) to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of 45 miles of export pipelines associated with a new gas processing plant to be owned and operated by Occidental (NYSE:OXY) of Elk Hills, Inc. 

CB&I has been awarded the engineering, procurement and construction of the new processing plant at the Elk Hills oil and gas field in central California. The Willbros portion of the total project is valued in excess of $40 million.
