Solcraft names James R. Snowden Director of Business Development

Solarcraft, Inc. has named James R. (Jim) Snowden to Director of Business Development. Mr. Snowden has extensive business solutions experience covering a wide range of commercial and federal sectors, including energy and aerospace.

Solarcraft President, Mr. Darrell Haun, commented, “We are experiencing dynamic growth in our core market, the oil and gas industry, recently completing our best ever three-month sales period. Under Jim’s leadership, Solarcraft will significantly increase our investment in new markets, and strengthen our existing pipeline and utility business for our stand-alone power, backup power, emergency mobile power, smart grid communications, and field electronics and communications solutions.”

Solarcraft’s new markets such as wind farm meteorological measurement and obstruction lighting are both rapidly expanding for 2010 and beyond.
