ZETA commenced the acquisition of 50 square kilometers of 3D seismic over the Bobocu license (100% interest, ZETA operated) in Romania. The 3D seismic survey, being carried out by Prospectiuni S.A., is expected to take approximately one month to acquire and approximately two months to process.

The primary focus of the 3D seismic is to enhance imaging of flow barriers on the Bobocu gas field, with a secondary focus of identifying bypassed gas.

The Bobocu gas field is located in the outer Carpathian Foredeep approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Buzau and 125 kilometers northeast of Bucharest.

Zeta Petroleum Limited is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company established in 2005 with a focus on central and eastern Europe and the Black Sea region. Zeta has a balanced portfolio that includes development, appraisal & exploration assets in Romania.
