FMC names Maryann Seaman VP Treasurer, Deputy CFO

FMC Technologies, Inc. (FTI) announced today that Maryann T. Seaman, who currently serves as Vice President, Administration, has been appointed Vice President, Treasurer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Seaman will assume her new roles effective April 1, 2010. The company also announced that Mark J. Scott will succeed Ms. Seaman as Vice President, Administration, effective April 20, 2010. 

Ms. Seaman has been with the company since 1986, serving in a variety of accounting and financial positions during her career. She was named Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development in 2003, assuming the additional responsibility for the Company's Corporate Communications function in 2005. Ms. Seaman was promoted to Vice President, Administration in July of 2007. 

Mr. Scott most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Dresser, Inc. He has also held executive positions in Human Resources for Saint-Gobain Corporation. From 1990 to 1995 he was the Human Resources Director in Houston for FMC Corporation, the former parent company of FMC Technologies.
