ConocoPhillips (COP) Skandinavia AS has received consent to continue using 2/7-A, 2/7-B, 2/7-FTP and pipelines on the Eldfisk field beyond their original planned lifetime.

Eldfisk 2/7A and 2/7FTP (Field Terminal Platform) have a bridge connection and are part of the Eldfisk complex, together with the Eldfisk 2/7E water injection facility (installed in 1999).

Eldfisk 2/7B lies on the northern part of the Eldfisk field. Oil and gas are transported through two pipelines to the Ekofisk complex.

The consent is valid until December 31, 2015.
