Crosslands Energy Corp. appoints new CEO

15 February 2010 - Crosslands Energy Corp. announced that David Hayslip had resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer, and from all other officer positions previously held by him as well as from the Company's board of directors for personal reasons effective February 9, 2010. Upon being notified of Mr. Hayslip's impending resignation, the Company's board of directors promptly contacted Garrett Vogel of Dallas, Texas, who has assumed the officer and director positions vacated by Mr. Hayslip.

Mr. Vogel presently is a partner in the investigative firm, Forensic Financial Consultants. He also is a consultant to, or a director of, several public companies. Mr. Vogel holds a B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA degree from the University of California-Berkley.
