Mexico details tenders worth $9.8m

Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) is preparing tenders for 24 infrastructure projects in electricity and gas, reports Reuters.

The projects require investments of about $9.79m.

The eight projects include natural gas transport facilities, four power plants, three transmission line and substation projects, and nine electricity distribution projects.

"These projects will add 2385 km of gas pipeline network, 1442 MW installed capacity of the national grid, 122 circuit km (km-C) to the transmission network and a 2962 km-C network distribution," CFE said.
