46 MW order for Vestas in India

Vestas is to supply a 46 MW wind power order for the Indian state of Karnataka.

The Danish wind leader will install 23 V110 2.0MW wind turbines, as well as a 15-year active output management 5000 service contract.

The deal includes the supply of foundations and Scada Vestas Business Online for data-driven monitoring and preventive maintenance.

Vestas senior vice president and dead of India Jorn Hammer said: “It proves the strength of the V110 2.0 MW and Vestas’ strong service set-up in the Indian market.”
