Santo Antonio contests Aneel's ruling on compensation payments

Santo Antonio officials claim that national grid operator ONS did not allow the company to fully use the turbines during a flood episode. Santo Antonio added that ONS wanted the firm to produce energy without developing the best strategy for the use of its maximum potential generating capacity.
