Elecnor sells 49 per cent of Celeo Redes to APG

14 July 2014 -- Spanish company Elecnor has sold 49 per cent of its subsidiary Celeo Redes to Dutch APG.

Celeo Redes integrates Elecnor's investments in energy transmission projects. The operation's price reached €237m.

Through Celeo Redes Elecnor works in the Brazilian and Chilean energy markets, where it operates transmission lines that surpass 3000 km, the company plans to build almost 1300 km more, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported.

Infrastructure Investor added that among Elecnor's latest projects is a 328-km transmission line between the Brazilian states of Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo.
