CPFL Renovaveis adquiere Rosa dos Ventos

3 de marzo 2014 - La firma brasileña CPFL Renovaveis anunció haber completado la adquisición del 100 por ciento de la empresa de proyectos eólicos Rosa dos Ventos Geraçao e Comercializaçao de Energia. El coste de la operación ha alcanzado los 44,6 millones de dólares.

Según una nota de prensa de CPFL Renovaveis a la que ha tenido acceso Seenews, el pago se ha destinado a Martifer Renovaveis, anterior dueño de Rosa dos Ventos, pero otra parte del monto se ha reservado para pagar la deuda de la compañía.

Rosa dos Ventos opera las eólicas Canoa Quebrada (10,5 MW) y Lagoa do Mato (3,2 MW).
