Vestas offloads calibration business

Vestas is selling its in-house calibration operation to Sweden-based Exova Metech.

The Danish wind turbine manufacturer is to make Exova its preferred supplier of calibration services as part of the deal.

Vestas (OMX: VWS) said the move, which affects operations at Lem in Denmark and Denver in the US, will allow it to “better focus on core activities”.
