Siemens to deliver Scottish onshore wind park

Siemens will build an onshore wind park in Scotland, which is set to provide energy to over 30,000 homes.

The German multinational will supply 25 wind turbines to Mid Hill Wind Farm, near Aberdeen and will also service the facility in a five-year agreement.

The wind will consist of 25 x SWT-2.3-93 turbines, of which 20 will have a 125m tip height and the others 100m.
