Subcontractor dies in accident at German wind farm

An accident claimed the life of a subcontractor at a wind farm in Mannhagen, Germany on Monday.

The man was using a crane to install a Vestas (OMX: VWS) turbine at the site, when a blade dropped into the crane cabin.

An investigation is under way.
