North London building to be powered by CHP

Building engineers, J.S Wright will install a low carbon combined heat and power plant and gas central plant heating system as part of the mechanical services it will provide to a high-rise residential tower, being constructed in north London, UK.

The overall project, the Zenith House in Barnet, is worth $7.1m and is also fitted with heat recovery systems.

It is scheduled to open in winter 2013.
