Solaria to build 50 MW of PV capacity in Argentina

Solaria Energia, a Spanish solar panel maker, has reached an agreement to install a total of 50 MW of photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Argentina in cooperation with Energia Argentina, a local state-owned energy firm.

The agreement forms part of Solaria’s 2012-15 Strategic Plan.

Currently, Solaria operates PV plants with a capacity of 47 MW in Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany and the Czech Republic.
