Peru clears transfer of TPP concession to All Fresh Energy

Peruvian power utility Esco Compania de Servicios de Energiato has been given the green light by the Energy and Mines Ministry to transfer the concession of the La Gringa I de Lurin thermoelectric power plant (TPP) to local firm All Fresh Energy.

The two companies had agreed the deal earlier this year on 20 April.

The La Gringa I de Lurin plant is located in the Lurin district, in the central coastal region of Lima, the Peruvian capital, and has been operated by Esco for three years.
