EthosEnergy to Overhaul Gas-Fired Equipment for $8 Million


EthosEnergy was awarded an $8 million contract to overhaul a natural gas-fired power plant in Myanmar.

Myanmar Electric Power Enterprise (MEPE) picked EthosEnergy to overhaul one Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’ 701D unit with all new parts and upgrade two MHI 701D units inclusive of upgraded controls at the 120-MW Ywama power plant.

EthosEnergy’s package includes a full set of capital parts, HGP inspection services, two control system upgrades and a tailored training program for MEPE employees.
