 Vestas Contracted to Supply Turbines for Oklahoma Wind Farm

Vestas has received an order for 198 MW of turbines for an Oklahoma wind project.

The contract with RES America Construction Inc. and Renewable Energy Systems is for the supply and commissioning of 60 V117-3.3 MW turbines for the Bluestem wind farm.

Vestas’ contract also includes a five-year Active Output Management 4000 service agreement.

Delivery is expected in the third quarter of 2016 while commissioning is planned for the fourth quarter.
