Canadian Solar Sells Solar Photovoltaic Plant for $49 Million

Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) said that it’s subsidiary, Canadian Solar Solutions Inc., completed the sale of a 10-MW solar power project in Ontario for C$69.4 million ($49.7 million).

One West Holdings Ltd., an affiliate of Concord Green Energy Inc., bought the EarthLight LP plant. The plant uses 45,648 Canadian Solar MaxPower CS6X-300/310P photovoltaic (PV) modules. BowMont Capital and Advisory acted as financial advisor to Concord in the transaction.
