 Enercon Announces Organizational Changes

Enercon Services Inc. announced organizational changes for the company's Central and West Coast operations.

Dave Rencher joined Enercon as engineering manager of Central States Operations in the Kansas City office.  Mike Winsor joined as director of West Coast operations in the Oakland office.

Rencher is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of nuclear experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, an MBA, a senior reactor operator certification and a project management professional certification.

Winsor is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience in nuclear power production and project management. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Enercon is a $300 million professional consulting company offering engineering, environmental and management services.
