Natural gas-fired power plant in Delaware substantially completed

Oklahoma-based Matrix Service Co. said that it’s subsidiary, Matrix North American Construction, substantially completed the Calpine (NYSE: CPN) Garrison Energy Center, an EPC joint venture with Parsons Brinckerhoff.
 
The 309-MW Garrison Energy Center is a combined-cycle gas-fired power plant in Delaware. It includes advanced emissions controls. Ground broke on the project in 2013.
