Ott will work closely with Boston and meet with PJM stakeholders including members, state and federal regulators, employees and industry leaders through the transition period.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Science in applied statistics from Villanova University. Additionally, he serves as a board member for PJM Technologies, PJM Environmental Information Services, and is an IEEE Fellow.
