CB&I names Taff as Exec. VP & CFO

 CB&I names Taff as Exec. VP & CFO

CB&I (CB&I, NYSE: CBI) named Michael S. Taff as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 1. He succeeds Ronald Balischmiede, who is retiring.

Taff has more than 30 years of financial and global industry experience. Taff joins CB&I from Flowserve Corp. where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He also served as senior vice president and CFO of McDermott International Inc. and also for The Babcock & Wilcox Co. (NYSE:BWC) following its spinoff from McDermott.

Westley Stockton, vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, will assume interim responsibility for the company’s operational financial functions until April.
