SunEdison sells DG solar power plants for $47mn

SunEdison (NYSE: SUNE)), a renewable energy developer, sold 21 U.S. distributed generation solar power plants to TerraForm Power Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP), an owner and operator of clean energy power plants, for $47 million.
The 21 power plants all have long-term contracts and generate a total of 26 MW in seven states. The portfolio has high quality counterparties including municipalities, schools and businesses.
