Canadian Solar buys 46 MW of UK solar power projects


Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) acquired six solar power projects totaling 46 MW in the United Kingdom.
Four of the projects, which total 40.5 MW DC, are under construction and are expected to connect to the grid in March. The remaining two projects totaling 5.5 MW DC are scheduled to begin construction before the end of February and are expected to connect to the grid in second quarter 2015.
