Nuclear reactor in Romania unexpectedly shuts down

Unit 2 Romania’s Cernavoda nuclear plant, one of two nuclear reactors at the site near the Danube-Black Sea canal, has unexpectedly shut down, according to a report from Bloomberg citing the Romanian news service Mediafax. The cause of the shutdown has not been determined.
