Summit Natural Gas installs 100 miles of pipeline in $350M Kennebec Valley Project

Summit Natural Gas of Maine, a subsidiary of Summit Utilities, Inc. has successfully installed more than 100 miles of pipeline for the company's $350 million natural gas project in the Kennebec Valley region.

With signed contracts with the company, more than 1,500 Summit Natural Gas customers' are now able to receive gas services.

In 2014, Summit Natural Gas of Maine will begin a $110 million project for the Cumberland, Falmouth and Yarmouth areas.

The Summit Utilities, Inc. subsidiaries include Summit Natural Gas of Maine, Inc.; Colorado Natural Gas, Inc.; Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc.; and Wolf Creek Energy LLC.
